Pre-Session Communication & Planning
We’ll connect before your session to go over your vision, location ideas, timing, outfit guidance, and any special requests. You’ll receive clear communication leading up to your shoot so you know exactly what to expect and feel fully prepared.
Your Photo Session
Your session includes the agreed-upon shooting time and a guided, easygoing experience during the shoot. I’ll help with natural posing, prompts, and direction while also capturing candid, in between moments that feel authentic and true to you.
Image Selection, Editing, & Delivery
After your session, I carefully review and professionally edit the best images. You’ll receive the agreed upon number of final images. Your final images will be delivered via a private online gallery within the time frame outlined in your agreement. The gallery allows you to easily view, download, and share your photos.

Weather conditions in Colorado can be unpredictable. If weather conditions are deemed unsafe, unsuitable, or likely to negatively impact image quality- including but not limited to heavy rain, snow, extreme wind, poor air quality, or severe weather warnings- the Photographer reserves the right to reschedule the session.
I will monitor weather conditions and communicate with you as needed. The final decision to reschedule due to weather rests solely with the Photographer in the interest of safety, comfort, and image quality.
In the event of a weather-related reschedule, the session will be moved to the next mutually agreed-upon date at no additional charge. Overcast skies, light clouds, or mild weather changes do not constitute grounds for rescheduling unless safety or comfort is affected.

The client may request to reschedule a session by providing notice to the Photographer. One reschedule is permitted at no additional charge, subject to availability.
Cancellations made by the Client for any reason will result in forfeiture of the retainer. The retainer in non-refundable and reserves the Photographer’s time and date.
If the Client fails to appear for the session or arrives more than 15 minutes late, the session will be considered a cancellation and no refund will be issued.
In the event the Photographer must cancel due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond their control, all payments made by the Client will be refunded or applied toward a future session, at the Client’s choice.
Weather-related rescheduling is handled separately under the Weather Policy and does not count toward the Client’s one complimentary reschedule.

Photography sessions begin at the last communicated and mutually agreed-upon start time prior to the session date. Session start times may be adjusted in advance due to lighting conditions, weather, or seasonal changes, with the most recent confirmed time taking precedence.
All sessions are scheduled exclusively during golden hour to ensure optimal lighting and image quality. The session time begins at the agreed-upon start time and continues for the full duration of the selected session length.
If the client arrives more than 15 minutes late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled end time. No extensions, partial refunds, or reshoots will be provided due to late arrival.

Once your session is booked, I’m happy to help you choose outfits that photograph beautifully and feel like you. I recommend neutral tones, soft textures, and earth-inspired colors that complement Colorado’s natural landscapes. Avoid bold logos, busy patterns, and neon colors. Most importantly, wear something you feel comfortable and confident in- when you feel good, it always shows!
