Welcome to Sunshine Daydream Photos LLC. By accessing or using our website, booking a session, or purchasing any services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. Services Offered
Sunshine Daydream Photos LLC provides professional photography services including portrait, lifestyle, branding, and outdoor photography sessions. Services are subject to availability.
2. Booking & Payment
A signed contract and retainer/payment are required to secure your session date. Prices are subject to change for future bookings.
3. Session Timing & Punctuality
Sessions begin and end at the last agreed-upon communicated time. All sessions are scheduled during golden hour. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in shortened sessions without refund.
4. Weather, Cancellations & Rescheduling
Outdoor sessions are weather-dependent. Rescheduling follows the signed contract terms. Retainers are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
5. Image Delivery
Edited images will be delivered digitally within the timeframe stated in your contract. RAW images are not provided.
6. Usage & Copyright
All images remain the intellectual property of Sunshine Daydream Photos LLC. Clients receive a personal-use license unless otherwise stated in writing.
7. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for timely arrival and preparedness. The photographer is not responsible for uncooperative subjects or circumstances beyond control.
8. Liability
Clients acknowledge inherent risks, especially during outdoor sessions. Sunshine Daydream Photos LLC is not liable for injuries unless caused by gross negligence.
9. Website Use
All website content is owned by Sunshine Daydream Photos LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
11. Changes to Terms
Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
